Rental Requirements & Policies
To rent a vehicle from AurumLuxeRentals, all drivers must meet the following requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Renters must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license or an accepted international driver’s license.
- Insurance Requirements: All drivers are required to maintain an active personal auto insurance policy that includes Comprehensive and Collision coverage with minimum liability limits of 100/300/100.
- Minimum Age: The minimum age to rent is 21 years old. Please note that certain high-performance or specialty vehicles may require drivers to be older.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 is required, depending on the vehicle selected and/or the driver’s age.
- This deposit is placed as an authorized hold on your credit card at the start of the rental period.
- The hold will be released and refunded at the end of your trip, after any applicable fees, damages, or additional charges have been assessed.

Do I need insurance to rent a car?
Yes, you must provide proof of full coverage auto insurance, including Comprehensive and Collision, with liability limits of at least $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000.
If you do not have a qualifying policy, we offer additional insurance options available for purchase (minimum age of 25 required to purchase supplemental coverage).
Do you offer chauffeur services?
Yes, we offer professional chauffeur services for all of our vehicles. This option is ideal for special events or for clients who prefer a luxury, hands-free experience.
Do you offer delivery and pick-up services?
Yes, we provide vehicle delivery and pick-up services for your convenience. Availability and fees may vary depending on location.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for our most in-demand vehicles. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute reservations whenever possible.
